Job Description

As a Senior/Medior WFM Consultant at Planetsoft, your role extends to providing expert advice and support in the areas of Workforce Management (WFM) and Field Service Management (FSM) for our clients. Additionally, you will play a key role in the development and improvement of our own FSM software. You will also be involved in the implementation and integration of software solutions in the areas of vendor solutions such as ClickSoftware, SAP, Salesforce, and others.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Analyzing and understanding specific client needs related to WFM and FSM.

• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize workforce and Field Service operations.

• Actively participating in the development and enhancement of Planetsoft's own FSM software.

• Implementing and integrating software solutions in the WFM field, such as ClickSoftware, SAP, and Salesforce.

• Using SQL and other tools for data collection, analysis, and interpretation.

• Providing training and mentoring to junior colleagues and clients.

• Monitoring and applying the latest industry trends and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.

• 2+ years of experience in the WFM field.

• Deep understanding of WFM and FSM concepts, as well as implementation experience.

• Experience working with WFM administrative tools.

• Knowledge of Dispatching and Rostering concepts.

• Advanced knowledge of SQL for data collection, analysis, and interpretation.

• Understanding of data management principles and integrated systems.

• Experience in working with REST and SOAP integrations for connecting software systems and platforms.

• Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
